Thank you for shopping at Artisan Puzzles. We hope you love your puzzle. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it. Your item must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

Downloadable software products.

Custom-made or personalized wooden puzzles.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, or has been assembled or started for reasons not due to our error.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the puzzle you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the above policy), and once the return is approved, place a new order on our website.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at viona983842@163.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a prompt solution, which may include sending a replacement part or a full replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us atviona983842@163.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the address to send your package.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
